Athena right/archaic cult statue of Apollo Delios, holding bow and image of the Three Graces.
Kroll 143
The cult statue of Apollo Delios stood in the Temple of the Delians in Delos, and was constructed by Angelion and Tektaos, sons of Dionysiodotos. In his hand are the three charities.
Although Athens’ “new style” coinage often depicted Apollo Delios, this is one of the few – perhaps only – examples where the statue takes up the complete reverse.
