Nuceria was located near today’s Nocera Torinense in Calabria, Italy. In ancient times it was near Terina. Today, it’s a small hillside town. Much of its coinage is believed to have been minted under Hannibal’s occupation. Little is known of the city outside of its coinage, though it is believed to have been strongly connected to Terina.
