Circa 1st century BCE
Æ 13.89g, 16mm, 12h

Depicted on this very rare coin from Choma is Kakasbos, who appears on many rock-cut reliefs in Lykia. The deity is believed to be related to the legend of Herakles, but a separate individual.

The location of Choma has been found and a few ruins remain of the ancient city.
